  • Do you sell new or refurbished server parts?

We offer a comprehensive selection of both NEW and GRADE-A Refurbished server components, including hard drives, SSD’s, memory, processors and networking. All products are clearly labeled on the product page.

  • Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, you can. Please contact our sales team directly for quotes on qualtity purchases to receive special pricing.

  • Do you offer institutional or government pricing?

Yes, we offer. We frequently work with government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare providers. Contact us for special pricing and tax-exempt information.

2. Product & Compatibility

  • How can I ensure a part is compatible with my server?

While we provide detailed specifications, compatibility can be complex. We recommend checking the specific part number (Spare Part Number/Option Part Number) listed by your server manufacturer (Dell, HP, Lenovo) or contacting our technical support team with your server model number.

  • Do your hard drives come with caddies/trays?

Unless specified as "with tray" most hard drives do not come with the hot-swap tray. Please check the product description or the image for confirmation.

  • Are refurbished parts tested?

Yes. We carry only Grade-A refurbished products and all refurbished products undergo a rigorous testing process by our certified technicians to meet manufacturer standards before they are added to our inventory.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are your shipping carrier and options?

We use FedEx/UPS/USPS to deliver our product. We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We also offer expedited and overnight shipping at competitive rates.

  • When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3 PM CST, generally ship on the same business day.

  • Do you offer blind shipping or drop-shipping?

Yes, we can drop-ship directly to your clients. Please leave a customer note during the checkout process or contact support to ensure blind/drop shipping.

4. Warranty & Returns

  • What warranty do you offer on products?

New Items: Covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Refurbished Items: Covered by 30 days ussparrow.com warranty.

Used Items: Covered by a 30 days ussparrow.com warranty.

  • How do I return a part?

If a part is defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival), please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.

  • What happens if I receive the wrong part?

If we make a shipping error, we will replace it immediately with the correct part at no additional cost to you.

5. Payment & Invoicing

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, wire transfers, and Purchase Orders (POs) from approved businesses.

  • Do you offer Net terms?

Net terms (Net-30) are available for approved corporate and government accounts. Please submit a credit application to our accounting department.
